We're excited to be partnering with Nevada Humanities and Truckee Meadows Parks Foundation to offer this fun opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while learning about wildfire.

When: Wednesday, June 5th 5-7 pm
Where: Oxbow Nature Study Area, 3100 Dickerson Rd, Reno, NV 89503

Join us to find out what we can learn about current and historic wildfires in Nevada through exploring the Oxbow Nature Study Area. Participants will learn how we have arrived at our current challenges with wildfire and the many relationships between how humans use land, plants, and wildfire. This event will include up to 1 mile of walking with many hands-on stops along the way.

Space for this event is limited and registration in advance is required. Register through Truckee Meadows Parks Foundation using the link below.
