As a neighborhood leader, you are passionate about wildfire preparedness and motivated to get to work to reduce community risk. How do you get your neighbors to engage in mitigations? In this hands-on workshop, you will get an overview of community engagement, then learn and practice strategies for building relationships with neighbors and creating neighborhood teams engaged in wildfire resilience.

 

Who Should Attend: Neighborhood Ambassadors, Fire Adapted Community neighborhood leaders, Firewise leaders

 

When: November 14, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm PST

 

Format: in-person workshop
